Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Director of Business Operations to drive strategic execution and scalable infrastructure for Care Operations. You will lead analysts and project managers, guiding cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient experience across Care Delivery and Care Experience.

Role is 100% remote from the United States. The position requires strong SQL, data analytics, and leadership skills, with a focus on building durable processes and measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, management consulting, program management, or related field, healthcare or high-growth preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience managing analysts or project managers and driving team performance.
• Experience leading end-to-end strategic projects, process improvement, and change management.
• Experience writing SQL to query datasets and translate data into insights.
• Ability to design scalable processes across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with data analysis and spreadsheet tools for operational models and reporting.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning, goal setting, and operational cadence for Care Operations.
• Lead a team of analysts and project managers with supervision and development.
• Design and execute initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient/provider experience.
• Direct data analysis and reporting to uncover trends and translate into action plans.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to build standardized processes and change management.
• Establish tracking frameworks, metrics, and dashboards for accountability and quality.
• Develop scalable operational infrastructure and best-practice documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
