Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA-C).
• Active NP/PA certification with multi-state licensure.
• 8+ years of clinical practice experience, 5+ in progressive clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-market clinical care systems and SOPs.
• Drive KPIs: patient engagement, diagnosis accuracy, and TME reduction.
• Develop and coach clinical leadership across markets.
• Lead clinical innovation with AI-enabled care delivery and product collaboration.
• Oversee market implementations and clinician hiring.
