Job summary

Doctor on Demand is seeking a Population Health Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will lead CCM and navigation initiatives, drive cross-functional projects, and leverage AI to improve efficiency across teams, reporting to the Senior Director of Population Health Strategy & Operations.

You’ll own daily and weekly performance readouts, partner with data and product teams, and guide leadership through huddles and deep-dive assessments.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in fast-growing businesses managing cross-functional projects.
• Operationally minded with ability to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and test improvements.
• Strong Excel modeling skills to build robust financial/operational models.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools to enhance efficiency and workflows.
• Ability to organize, delegate, coordinate, consolidate, and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Willingness to mentor and coach employees in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Data analysis experience, Looker preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Testing & Experiments for CCM and navigation teams, including AI pilots and intake experiments.
• Manage cross-functional projects; own timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
• Own daily/weekly business readouts and ensure accurate metrics with data team collaboration.
• Lead daily huddles for CCM leadership; act as a liaison with clinical services.
• Conduct operational deep dives to identify bottlenecks and craft tests to resolve issues.
• Own Population Health strategy executions, focusing on clinician utilization and operations improvement.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve team productivity and automate workflows.
• Partner with product teams to design features that align with operations needs.
• Anticipate program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
