Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, ensure quality and presentation, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen in compliance with health standards.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork with residents, staff, and administrators to deliver excellent dining experiences. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred prior cooking or food

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification as per state/county requirements.
• Previous cook/food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
