Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help ensure high quality, taste, and presentation while following safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes working with residents and staff to deliver excellent service and may include additional duties to support daily operations. Join a dedicated team focused on community impact and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cook/food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must pass COVID-19 vaccination policy.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification as per state law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
