Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow menus, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards while providing friendly service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cook/food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.
• May need to complete sanitation/safety course.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus/recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests; provide excellent service.
