Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will ensure quality, taste, and presentation while adhering to safety standards and dietary restrictions. The team focuses on delivering excellent resident experiences and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
