Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow menus, maintain food quality, and ensure safety and sanitation in a busy kitchen.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable communication with staff and residents, and adherence to dietary restrictions. Prior cooking experience is preferred; vaccination policies apply where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required per state law.
• Experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
