Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work an after-hours on-call schedule.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staffing needs and caregiver schedules.
• Organize orientation and training for new caregivers.
• Manage shift coverage for absences or tardiness.
• Monitor cost containment for efficient case assignments.
• Evaluate and support staff performance with a positive approach.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Deliver supplies/equipment to homes when needed (mileage reimbursed).
• Build and maintain relationships with caregivers and patients for top-tier service.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
