Aveanna Healthcare in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/ Care Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will oversee caregiver scheduling, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ongoing communication with families to ensure high patient satisfaction and optimal outcomes.

You will partner with clinicians and branch leadership to align staffing with patient needs, monitor EVV compliance, and contribute to a positive, employer-of-choice environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with EMR systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or operations coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly caregiver schedules that meet patient care needs.
• Proactively communicate schedule changes with care team and families.
• Match clinicians to patients based on skills and care needs.
• Monitor EVV data for regulatory and billing compliance.
• Collaborate with recruiting to address staffing opportunities.
• Improve fill rates to ensure hours are fulfilled.
• Support growth opportunities and increase weekly staffed hours.
