Qualifications

• High school diploma required; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with phone inquiries and patient communications.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression for patients and visitors.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls.
• Review referrals, update patient records, and explain next steps.
• Keep patient flow moving by confirming appointments and managing waitlists.
• Collect payments and reconcile when needed; ensure HIPAA privacy.
