ProRehab Physical Therapy is seeking a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our Evanville-based clinic. The role centers on providing a warm, professional first impression and handling check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in medical front desk or clinical office preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with computers, phones, scheduling systems and basic spreadsheets.
• Ability to discuss payments and insurance information professionally.
• Calm, patient-centered approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and visitors.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification and calls.
• Review referrals, update patient records and explain next steps.
• Keep patient flow by confirming appointments and managing waitlists.
• Collect copays and other payments accurately and professionally.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
