Job summary

Integrated Rehabilitation Services is seeking a friendly medical receptionist to greet patients and provide outstanding customer service. You will coordinate care from initial evaluation to discharge, verify patient information, and maintain charts and EMRs. You will also handle payments, filing, and other duties as assigned.

The role offers a full-time/part-time schedule (30–39 hours per week) with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outstanding in-person and phone customer service.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Previous medical receptionist experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Coordinating care from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Verifying current personal and financial information.
• Maintaining patient charts and EMR.
• Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments.
• Faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
