Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic.
• Execute 5-star customer service and help manage the flow of the appointment.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a welcoming, empathetic environment.
