Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role preferred.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and staying organized.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and visitors.
• Handle front desk operations: check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone calls.
• Review and follow up on referrals, update patient records, explain next steps.
