Job summary

Tanner-Health-1 is seeking a Care Concierge to be the patient’s first friendly face in the clinic. You will help ensure a welcoming, efficient experience across Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Specialty Care services.

In this role, you will support front-office tasks such as check-in and check-out, verify patient information, and assist with financial interactions while coordinating follow-up care and addressing patient questions with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Two years of related clinic front-office experience; Epic/Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare preferred, or two years of college coursework in healthcare.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the clinic’s first point of contact and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Support front-office tasks across check-in and check-out while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain patient information and handle typical financial interactions.
• Coordinate follow-up care and assist patients with questions and requests.
