Tanner-Health-1 is seeking a Care Concierge to be the patient’s first friendly face in the clinic. You will help ensure a welcoming, efficient experience across Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Specialty Care services.

In this role, you will support front-office tasks such as check-in and check-out, verify patient information, and assist with financial interactions while coordinating follow-up care and addressing patient questions with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Two years of related clinic front-office experience; Epic/Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare preferred, or two years of college coursework in healthcare.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

The Care Concierge serves as the patient's first and last point of contact within the clinic, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.

The Care Concierge plays a key role in supporting front office functions for multiple service lines including check in, check out, while maintaining accuracy in patient information, financial interactions and coordinating follow-up care. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting services across Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care. Communicates proactively and assists patients with questions and requests as necessary.
