The Care Concierge serves as the patient's first and last point of contact within the clinic, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.

The Care Concierge plays a key role in supporting front office functions for multiple service lines including check in, check out, while maintaining accuracy in patient information, financial interactions and coordinating follow-up care. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting services across Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care. Communicates proactively and assists patients with questions and requests as necessary.

Qualifications

Education Level Education Details And/ Or Associate's Degree Healthcare certification preferred, or a minimum of (2) years of college coursework in a healthcare, medical, or related field.
