You will support front office tasks across Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Specialty Care, coordinate follow-up care, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or related field preferred; or 2 years of college coursework in healthcare.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related experience.
• Experience with Epic and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Clinic environment and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as the first point of contact; manage check-in/check-out.
• Maintain accurate patient information and handle financial interactions.
• Coordinate follow-up care and communicate with service lines across Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Specialty Care.
• Exhibit a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced clinic setting.
