Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to grow sales in an assigned territory. You will develop territory plans, cultivate relationships with physicians, and work with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, with 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic markets and strong analytical skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data and next best action insights to guide strategies and decisions.
• Plan territory coverage and manage territory budget for activities.
