Job summary

Syneos Health is recruiting a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned US territory. The role develops territory strategies, builds professional relationships with physicians, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic areas, and strong CRM/analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales strongly preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
Experience calling on targets in the designated territory.
Experience launching products in competitive marketplaces.
Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
Self-motivated with autonomy and independence.
Strong CRM, analytics and MS Office skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated plan.
Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify influencers and achieve interaction expectations with top customers.
Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for decisions.
Demonstrate account-based selling skills and presentations.
Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and budgeting.
