Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in territory geography is highly desired.
• Experience launching products in competitive markets.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage designated customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills including group presentations.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and action plans.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company's brand strategy in the assigned area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
