Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned territory, including Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on building strategic territory business plans, identifying customer needs, and delivering results with strong analytical and collaboration skills.

The CSR will manage key physician relationships, navigate a matrix environment with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 70% as needed while maintaining compliance and a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience with payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Strong track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Strong communication and scientific communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by implementing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners ( FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
• Execute brand strategy and participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all regulatory and compliance policies.
