Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in the designated geography with integrity and strategic execution. This role builds territory business plans, engages physicians, and partners with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities.

You will analyze market data, apply insights, manage budgets, and deliver compliant, results-driven outcomes while traveling as needed in the assigned territory across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory via an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction targets with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights for strategy and decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and organize territory activities.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Complete all administrative tasks timely.
• Execute brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
