Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative (CSR) to achieve sales goals in an assigned geography, building and executing territory business plans, and establishing professional relationships with targeted physicians. You will operate in a matrixed environment and travel as needed while leveraging data to guide strategy.

Strong business acumen, autonomy, and collaboration are essential, with 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales and a background in cardiovascular markets highly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and plan activities for territory coverage.
