Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography, develop territory plans, and build strong physician relationships. The role requires 3+ years in pharma sales, with cardiovascular experience preferred, and a focus on compliant, ethical execution across a matrixed environment.

The CSR will use data and AI tools, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience with payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong communication and learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals by implementing a territory business plan.
• Build professional relationships with targeted physicians to grow new business.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools to determine strategies for decisions.
• Plan activities to ensure market coverage and manage territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks and execute brand strategy.
• Maintain compliant, ethical behavior in all activities.
• Participate in training and development programs.
