Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography, building strategic territory plans and professional relationships with physicians. The CSR will work in a matrixed environment, collaborating across functions to maximize opportunities and ensure compliant, ethical performance.

The role requires strong business acumen, self-motivation, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and plan regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
