Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to manage a Minnesota territory. You will build a strategic plan, drive product demand, and coordinate with territory, field, and home-office teams to ensure access and patient outcomes.

You will leverage market insights, conduct data-driven engagements, and execute omnichannel outreach while traveling 60–80% to cover key accounts. Minimum Bachelor’s degree and pharma/biotech experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in pharma/biotech with large dispersed sales teams in last 5 years.
• Proven high performance selling to large/key accounts.
• Strong analytical and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand.
• Partner with territory, field, and home-office teams for access support.
• Leverage market insights to anticipate opportunities and respond quickly.
• Use territory data to generate local insights and lead customer engagements.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning to solve complex challenges.
• Provide real-time access support and collaborate with PSS.
• Apply digital tools and omnichannel outreach (virtual/in-person).
