Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic pharmaceutical sales professional to drive territory growth in Minnesota. You will craft territory plans, engage with leading customers, and collaborate with home-office teams to optimize access and outcomes.

The role requires a strong track record in selling to large accounts, excellent analytics, and willingness to travel 60–80% within the territory. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare sales or similarly complex sales.
• Proven high-performance selling to large accounts or key customers.
• Strong analytics and an ethics/compliance mindset.
• Reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Build a territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Leverage territory data to identify local insights, support pull-through efforts, and engage customers virtually or in person.
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
• Provide real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
