Job summary

Syneos Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned geography by developing and executing a strategic territory plan, identifying customer needs, and building professional relationships with targeted physicians.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market data, manage the territory budget, and ensure compliant, ethical selling in a complex market access environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; CRM, AI tools and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with top targets.
• Use data tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decision making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and conduct group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage per action plan.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy in the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs and comply with policies.
