Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography by executing a comprehensive territory plan. You will build professional relationships with targeted physicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities.

The role requires strong business acumen, autonomy, and the ability to learn complex scientific information while adhering to regulatory standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish/maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Succeed in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional colleagues.
• Identify key influencers and reach designated customer interaction expectations.
• Use data/tools to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and organize territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy and participate in training and development.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
