Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales goals within a Houston-based territory. You will develop territory plans, identify physician needs, and build durable professional relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments and ability to work autonomously.
Strong communication and ability to learn complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and manage top target customer interactions.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling and organize territory coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and execute the brand strategy.
Travel as needed to meet customers and cover the territory.
