Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned territory by executing strategic plans and building strong physician relationships.

The role requires learning complex scientific information, autonomous work style, and collaboration with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive results across a matrixed environment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.
• Proficient in CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing a territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Navigate a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling, including group presentations.
• Plan/organize activities for regular territory coverage; manage territory budget.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute Syneos Health brand strategy in the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all legal/regulatory/compliance policies with integrity.
