Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory performance in a compliant, ethical manner. You will craft and execute territory strategies, identify customer needs, and build durable professional relationships with physicians and cross-functional teams.

The role relies on strong business acumen, autonomy and collaboration, with responsibilities spanning data-driven planning, execution, and ongoing training in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals in the assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to guide strategies and decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling through group presentations and meetings.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
