Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers and accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools/insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and prepare group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage; manage territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner; support brand strategy in the region.
• Participation in training and development programs; comply with legal and regulatory policies.
