Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Paterson, NJ, to achieve territory sales goals by executing integrated plans and building strong relationships with targeted physicians. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to guide strategies while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in pharma/biopharma sales, and strong autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or related field is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Consistent top-tier sales achievement track record.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Must be self-motivated with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and plan territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies with integrity.
