Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in New Jersey to achieve sales targets by developing and executing a territory strategy, building relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, 3+ years pharma sales experience, strong analytical skills, autonomy, and CRM/AI tool proficiency. Travel may be required; competitive compensation and bonuses are possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with a strategic plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and execute customer interaction plans.
• Use data tools and insights to guide business decisions.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly and comply with policies.
