Job summary

Syneos Health in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned territory, build relationships with physicians and payors, and execute compliant, ethical strategies.

You will analyze market data, develop territory business plans, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and travel as needed to meet targets.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, and strong communication, autonomy, and CRM/Office software skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor‑controlled markets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers and accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
Achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross‑functional collaboration (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations).
Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with top target customers.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision‑making.
Demonstrate account‑based selling skills (including group presentations).
Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage according to a plan of action.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute the company’s brand strategy and tactics within the assigned geographic area.
Participation in training and development programs.
Comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance policies with integrity.
