Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory results.

You will develop and execute an integrated business plan, establish relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to expand market access. The role requires 3+ years of pharma sales, a life sciences degree, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography highly desired.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations colleagues.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills (including group presentations).
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy and tactics within their assigned geographic area.
