The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales, strong business acumen, and autonomy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales performance track record.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to grow opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, MSLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations.
Use data tools and insights to guide strategic decisions and territory actions.
Demonstrate account-based selling with group presentations and engagements.
Plan territory activity and manage budget to support sales and marketing.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and comply with policies.
