Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve or exceed sales goals within an assigned geography while operating in a compliant and ethical manner. You will develop and execute territory business plans, build relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience, and strong analytical skills with CRM/AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in the designated territory.
• Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.
• Strong CRM, analytical skills; proficiency with AI tools and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics.
• Demonstrate account-based selling including group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
• Additional duties as required.
