Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, developing territory strategies, and building professional relationships with physicians.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with CV/cardiometabolic experience preferred, and strong analytical and CRM skills. Travel may be required, and base salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography highly desired.
• Experience launching products in competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate it effectively.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interactions.
• Use data tools and insights to guide strategy and decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills (presentations, etc.).
• Plan activities to ensure territory coverage and action plans.
• Manage territory budget for sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and accurately.
• Execute company brand strategy within geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
