Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in Santa Monica, CA, and to develop and execute territory plans while building strong relationships with targeted physicians. You will use data-driven insights to drive results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field, 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, and 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience strongly preferred; payor market experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers and accounts with the goal of maximizing sales.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration across FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
