Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Beverly Hills, CA to achieve sales goals within an assigned territory. You will develop territory strategies, identify customer needs, and drive results through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex scientific information for diverse customers. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to travel and call on targets in the designated territory geography.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and manage customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and plan territory activities.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks timely.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
