Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in an assigned geography, developing territory plans, building relationships with targeted physicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, and strong analytical/communication skills. Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 with potential car allowance and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on assigned targets in the designated territory geography.
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.
• Strong technical & analytical skills including proficiency with CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations).
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy and participate in training and development programs.
