Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent top-tier sales results.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate it effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by building an integrated business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage interaction expectations with top targets.
• Use data tools and insights to guide business decisions and strategies.
• Demonstrate account-based selling including group presentations.
• Plan territory activities to ensure regular coverage and actional plans.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain compliance with policies.
• Execute Syneos Health brand strategy within the territory.
• Participate in training and development programs.
