Job summary

Syneos Health, in Santa Monica, CA, is hiring a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned territory while maintaining compliance and high ethical standards. You will develop territory strategies, identify customer needs and drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Must be self-motivated with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and manage designated customer interaction expectations.
• Utilize data/tools to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Plan activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory and manage territory budgets.
