Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Torrance, CA to achieve sales goals by executing territory plans and building strong physician relationships. The role requires 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business, and ability to travel.

You will analyze market data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience calling on cardiovascular/cardiometabolic targets preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, MSLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing).
Use data tools/insights to shape territory strategies.
Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and maximize opportunities.
Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
