Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in San Antonio, TX. You will drive territory growth by executing an integrated business plan, build lasting physician relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize opportunities.

The role requires strong business acumen, autonomy, and 3+ years in pharma sales, with preference for cardiovascular experience. Travel up to 70% may be required in this market.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Strong track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Must be self-motivated with autonomy and integrity.

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Establish professional relationships with targeted physicians to grow opportunities.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data and insights for territory strategy and decision making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and conduct group presentations as needed.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and efficiency.
• Manage territory budget to support activities.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
• Execute brand strategy within the geographic area and participate in training.
• Comply with legal/regulatory policies and maintain high integrity.
