Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative (CSR) in the Sacramento, CA area. You will develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales goals while building lasting relationships with targeted physicians and cross-functional collaborators.

This role requires strong business acumen, autonomy, and a data-driven approach to strategy and execution. The CSR will manage territory plans, leverage CRM and analytics, and operate within compliant guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with territory plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Ops.
• Use data tools to guide strategies and decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and group presentations.
• Plan coverage and manage territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly.
• Adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance policies.
